UIN Walisongo provides scholarship to students with outstanding achievements as an appreciation and development way to boost students’ academic achievement. It is also aimed to help student with good achievement but he or she has economic problems. The scholarship is provided through either government programs or other parties programs, among other:

1. Bidikmisi Scholarship;
2. Academic and Non-Academic Achievements Scholarship (Beasiswa Prestasi);
3. Tahfidzul Quran Scholarship;
4. Islamic Studies Scholarship;
5. Bank Indonesia Scholarship;
6. Darul Quran Scholarship;
7. Baznas Scholarship;
8. Scholarship in cooperation between UIN Walisongo and LPDP (Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education) of Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia.
